Iceberg!!!!!!!

Has the squadron hit the proverbial iceberg? I have to ask as there seems to be a large proportion of people looking to jump ship.

Can someone please shine some light on this situation please.

People have left and will continue to leave because they are sick to death of hitting icebergs, of which they have been forewarned - WAKE UP THE MANAGEMENT!! - if you indeed have the gaul to call yourselves that.
All we get are yet more initiatives untried on an educational establishment which, upon first viewings, are doomed to failure.

Serves them right for putting un-qualified people to manage departments in what purports to be a college. Just in case that is a little too subtle for some - Yes that means you SEngO!!

Tell you what - put newly promoted Sergeants in charge of projects especially those with little or no experiance of teaching in their current placements. That way you can keep control and put in place practices that have no educational basis but make you look good - what the hell, you wont be here to see the consequences.

It's gone to hell in a hand cart - in fact were on the third or fourth trip.

Morale - what the fuck is that!
